MDJ2 Associates are specialists in Retail and Change Management, all of their consultants having many years experience at senior level in major multiple retailers.
Founded by Neil Munz-Jones, published author of 'The Reluctant Networker', MDJ2 have worked alongside senior management teams in many prestigious National and International retailers. Their team brings fresh focus, impetus and an independent perspective to deliver rapid but controlled changes to business models. Projects typically focus on strategy and proposition, programme management, category management, organisation design or format development. With retailers facing increasing pressures to balance strategic development and short-term tactical priorities, Neil and his team can help clients unlock these opportunities, supporting and mentoring the processes needed to deliver them with improvements to both sales and productivity.
Bill Wallsgrove and Trevor Bradford created the agency BrandVoice in 2008, having worked in corporate advertising, creative and marketing agencies.
Bill was the Creative Director of Coleman Planet and it was here he first met Mark Alexander during his time at Ostendorf. Bill created the packaging designs for all of B&Q’s own label ranges that still feature so highly in store today. His work for many of the largest FTSE 100 companies has given him a wealth of experience.
Trevor owned Creative Leap, an agency he sold to a larger group a few years ago, but with Bill, deploys his considerable creative and technical skills in website optimisation.
Benchmark and BrandVoice work together on QR Code and Microsite management, content creation for in store and online communication and SEO.
Oscar Peck created and owns Touchdown, Benchmark’s partner for delivery of in store demonstration programs.
Whilst Benchmark’s team are multi talented, in store demonstration is a very different skill to those we utilise daily in store support and merchandising. Oscar has over 3,000 people from all walks of life registered with him, all carefully vetted, tested and consolidated onto a searchable database.
In this way, we have managed with him a number of succesful in store campaigns on behalf of clients such as Ryobi and Earlex, ensuring the team deployed meet the clients’ criteria, are fully trained and delivering incremental sales throughout their sales days.
For nearly 7 years, Burgess Brothers have supported Benchmark’s distribution requirements throughout the country.
From their base in Bolton, Burgess Brothers provide warehousing, picking, packing and distribution of all manner of POS material, colour cards, stanchion units and displays. Having created great relationships at store and distribution centre level with many major retailers, we utilise their skills to ensure clients’ projects or routine requirements are met at low cost, efficiently and on time.
